Important Statement: We do not permanently store any of your private photos. Your photos are only temporarily accessed when you use our services for processing and analysis, and they are immediately deleted from our servers once the analysis is complete.

2. Information We Collect

  • User Content: Photos, images, and other content you upload to our service. Please note: We do not permanently store this content. Your photos are only temporarily stored for the necessary processing time and are deleted immediately after analysis is complete.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Information: Including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, network information, etc.
  • Log Information: Details of your use of our services, such as access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, app crash reports, etc.
  • Location Information: If you authorize it, we may collect your location information. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
  • Usage Data: Data about how you use our app, such as feature usage frequency, clicking behavior, etc., used to improve user experience.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

  • Photo Content Analysis Data: We do not permanently store any analysis results of your photo content.
  • Photo Metadata: Unless necessary and with your consent, we do not retain metadata such as EXIF data from your photos.
  • Private Communication Content: Private communication content between you and other users is not monitored or retained by us.

2.4 Special Note Regarding Face Data

Although our application processes photos that may contain faces, we hereby declare:

  • We do not collect any facial recognition data: We do not extract, collect, or store facial feature information that can be used to identify an individual (such as facial geometry or face templates).
  • Limitations of AI Analysis: During photo analysis, our AI model may identify the presence of faces in photos. However, this is limited to generating generalized descriptions (e.g., "photo contains faces") for purposes such as photo categorization or management. The AI model does not perform facial recognition or extract unique facial features.
  • No Saving or Identification of Face Data: We do not save or attempt to identify any face data in any form or manner. All processing is temporary, conducted either on your device or temporarily on our servers during processing. Upon completion, the relevant data is immediately deleted, leaving no identifiable facial information.
  • No Sharing with Third Parties: Consequently, we do not share any identifiable face data with any third parties, as we do not collect or store such data.

3. Data Processing and Storage

3.1 Photo Processing Description

When you use our service to process photos:

  1. Your photos are temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing
  2. Our AI system analyzes the photos (e.g., identifying duplicates, blurry or similar photos)
  3. Analysis results are returned to your device
  4. After processing is complete, your photos and related analysis data are automatically deleted from our servers

The entire process usually takes from a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the number of photos and network conditions. We do not use your photos to train our AI models.

3.2 Data Storage

  • Local Storage: Most data and settings are stored on your device
  • Cloud Storage: Account information, user preferences, and other non-photo data may be stored on our cloud servers
  • Storage Duration: We only retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service
